ESTABLISHMENT

Falcon Court s.a.r.l. was founded on November 2016. We are a family owned business with its managing director Eng. Ramzi Sayegh who graduated in 1995 as a civil Engineer from AUB and having 4 years of experience in construction management (turnkey projects at Dect s.a.l.), 17 years of experience in architectural wood and fire rated doors (project Manager, WH quality controller and FSC management representative at Bois d’afrique s.a.r.l.) and 2 years as a General Manager at Falcon Court s.a.r.l. Our company headquarters is in Dekwaneh and we reach all Areas in Lebanon and Abroad. We pride ourselves on being skilled and experienced in all aspects of civil construction especially in architectural woodwork and this, combined with our extensive 23 year knowledge, has established us as major players in this industry.

We undertake a variety of projects for a wide range of clientele – from small private developments to large Government projects, including private and public housing; factories, offices and retail units; schools, hospitals and public buildings. We also handle refurbishment in addition to new projects. Our unique and flexible project management systems ensure that a positive outcome is achieved regardless of size or nature of the project. We understand and promote the idea of working as a partnership with our clients to ensure that their goals are met.

At Falcon Court s.a.r.l. we never rest upon our laurels and are passionate and driven to continue the high levels of customer satisfaction we have achieved over the past year.

Consequently and as we are in the architectural woodwork domain, we are into the line of producing custom made wooden products as well as the Anti-Radiation doors, Anti-Burglary doors, soundproof doors, Smoke-proof and Acoustic doors, and we have the complete ability to meet your needs in terms of manufacturing. In addition to the above, we did achieve and get the certificate from INTERTEK, with the Authorization from M/S HALSPAN, for producing and labeling Fire Rated Doors: under the BS 476 part 22 (30, 60, 90 & 120 min.) and under the UL, NFPA 252 (20 till 90 min.).
